Dara,
ReplyDeleteHave you ever tried the GroceryGame.com? It's $4.00 per month for each grocery store you choose. So if you choose Kroger and Albertson's it would be a total of $8.00 per month. The woman has it all figured out and it saves so much money on your grocery bill. She knows ahead of time what coupons are coming out. She tells you when to use them and when you will get the most out of your money. All you do is buy a Sunday paper and clip the coupons. Sometimes the stores end up paying you to take the products off the shelf. It takes a couple of months to get going and clipping, but it's well worth it. Also, you need a place to stock things you don't necessarily need at that time. It's a great way to save money. She does it even on meats. I don't do it any more since I live in Terrell and the boys are grown. But, if I had a family I would sure do it. Some examples are: I'm not crazy about mashed potatoes in a box, but Kroger put them on sale, I had the coupon and they ended up paying me 7 cents to take them. The kids liked them so it was worth it. I also bought an Oral B electric toothbrush with 4 brushes for $7.00 after all my coupons and the store sales. You can play with one store or as many as you want that is in your area. I thought I had the link but must have deleted it since I don't use it any more. I think it's called the grocerygame.com
